NOTE: Effective 07/01/04 on all construction projects there will be a non-refundable fee charged for plans and specifications in the amount of $26 for projects estimated to cost up to $100,000 and $52 for projects estimated to cost beyond that amount. Cash, or business, cashier's, or personal check, or credit cards will be accepted as payment (currently only Visa and MasterCard are accepted). A copy of the solicitations posted will be available for review at City Hall. Please contact the Purchasing Division for details.

IFB126498 Irrigation System at Lucille Nixon Elementary School IFB126498 - The City of Palo Alto, Purchasing and Contract Administration, requests a Bid on behalf of the Community Services Department, Open Space and Parks Division for an irrigation system and Maxicom Controllers, at Lucille Nixon Elementary School. The Scope of Work for this solicitation is the performance of the work described as the provision of all labor, equipment, materials and supplies needed to install an irrigation system and Maxicom, at Lucille Nixon Elementary School, as required by PART III, General Requirements and Specifications, herein. RFP126814 Greer Park Renovation and Pump Station Replacement The City of Palo Alto is seeking proposals from well qualified and experienced landscape architectural consulting firms to provide landscape design services to produce specifications and construction documents for the renovation of Greer Park and landscape improvements to Greer Park Annex and to provide design, specifications and construction documents for replacement of the existing pump station at the park per the Scope of Services. RFP 126967- Palo Alto Destination RFP 126967 Palo Alto Destination- The City of Palo Alto is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide professional services for Destination Palo Alto visitor promotion. The required services and performance conditions are described in the Scope Services (Attachment C). The City has budgeted a maximum of $240,000 annually for these services.
